Regalia
Please follow the following steps to order your regalia and have it delivered to Shady Grove for pick-up.

Step 1 - Ordering

  • Ordering of regalia for the Spring 2020 Commencement is now available! Place your order.
  • Order by April 24th to avoid a late fee.
  • The last day to order online is May 5th.

    • Step 2 - Delivery to USG

    If you would like to pick up your regalia from UMBC-Shady Grove, fill out the Regalia Delivery Request Form.


    Undergrad ONLY:
    Tickets to commencement are NOT automatically included with your regalia purchase, you must go online to claim your tickets beginning from 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 1st until 11:59 PM, Tuesday, May 5th. Graduate ceremony is not ticketed.

    Grad ONLY:
    Please return your rented cap and gown at the end of commencement to the Main Campus Bookstore.

    Note: You must order online and submit the information via the google form if you would like your order delivered to USG. If you adhere to all of the guidelines and deadlines above, you will receive an e-mail when your items are available for pick-up at Shady Grove in May. You will not need to travel to main campus for ordering, nor for pick up.
